Bottom-ranked Nitra managed to get a third victory, breaking the thirteen-game losing streak on Wednesday night. This time they won against ninth-ranked Karlovka in Bratislava 84-76. Nitra forced 19 Karlovka turnovers. Croatian forward Eddi Jurjevic (202-93) notched 22 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and Czech forward Jakub Kasa (203-92) supported him with 14 points and 8 rebounds. Even 14 points and 8 rebounds by forward Filip Lehman (197-87) did not help to save the game for Karlovka.
