Regular Season Round 11: JNE BSC - Bima Perkasa 70-52

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 10th ranked Bima Perkasa's (1-6) road loss to ninth ranked JNE BSC (3-5) 52-70 on Saturday. The game without a history. JNE BSC led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They held Bima Perkasa to an opponent 24.1 percent shooting from the field compared to 39.3 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Bima Perkasa 41-25 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for American forward Chris Brand (208-90, college: Lincoln, PA) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international center Ferdinand Damanik (196-88) helped adding 14 points and 11 rebounds. American point guard Tyrell Corbin (184-92, college: CSU Bakersfield) responded with 17 points and 5 rebounds and center Moh Saroni (199-96) scored 6 points and 5 rebounds. JNE BSC moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Hang Tuah. Bima Perkasa lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with six games lost. JNE BSC will meet Hang Tuah (#8) in the next round. Bima Perkasa will play against the league's leader Satria Muda and will have a slim chance for a victory.
