Regular Season Round 8: Jamestown J. - Washington W. 121-102

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Jackals (7-5) crushed 7th ranked Warhawks (2-6) in Jamestown 121-102. Jackals dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Warhawks' 52. Jackals forced 22 Warhawks turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Jackals brought some defensive toughness making 10 blocks. 24 personal fouls committed by Warhawks helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was forward Jordan Bowling (198, college: Dalton St.) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Kevin Crescenzi (190-93, college: Dartmouth) chipped in 15 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Jackals' coach let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Dylan Crane (, college: Pensacola CC) produced a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds and C Symonds added 22 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Five Jackals and four Warhawks players scored in double figures. Jackals moved-up to third place, which they share with Ohio Bootleggers. Warhawks at the other side keep the seventh position with six games lost. Jackals' next round opponent will be Sky Chiefs (#6) in Providence. Warhawks will play on the road against the league's leader Mavericks in Owensboro and hope to win that game.
