Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Galil Elion (9-12) was defeated on the road by third ranked Hapoel Kfar Saba (14-7) 85-78 on Tuesday. Hapoel Kfar Saba made 27-of-35 free shots (77.1 percent) during the game. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was guard Denzel Livingston (193-93, college: Incarnate Word) who had a double-double by scoring 32 points and 14 rebounds. Forward Terrence Watson (200-87, college: Ball St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks. At the other side the best for losing team was power forward Germain Jordan (198-86, college: Dillard) who recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Cinmeon Bowers (201-93, college: Auburn) added 16 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Hapoel Kfar Saba moved-up to second place, which they share with Hapoel B/S. Loser Galil Elion dropped to the eleventh position with 12 games lost. Hapoel Kfar Saba will meet Ironi Nes-Ziona (#7) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Galil Elion will play against Hapoel Migd.H. (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
