Regular Season Round 14: Satria Muda - Pacific Caesar 95-69

Undefeated leader Satria Muda delivered the ninth consecutive victory. This time they crushed 5th ranked Pacific Caesar (5-4) 95-69 in Jakarta. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Pacific Caesar. Pacific Caesar was ahead by 19 points at the halftime before a 64-19 second half run of Satria Muda. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Pacific Caesar to just 7 points in fourth quarter. Satria Muda forced 19 Pacific Caesar turnovers and outrebounded them 61-39 including a 41-29 advantage in defensive rebounds. Satria Muda players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Pacific Caesar's players. Pacific Caesar was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American forward Carlos Smith (206-90, college: Bowie St.) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists. The former international Arki Wisnu (187-88) contributed with 17 points, 8 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Five Satria Muda players scored in double figures. Canadian forward Kevin Loiselle (198-88) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists and American guard David Seagers (188-88, college: Dowling) added 18 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Pacific Caesar. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Satria Muda (9-0) have an impressive nine-game winning streak.
