Regular Season Round 21: Kavala - Pagrati 100-55

The game with biggest result difference took place in Kavala. Local Kavala (6-14) outscored 16th ranked Pagrati (2-19) 100-55. The game without a history. Kavala led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Pagrati's 30. They outrebounded Pagrati 52-28 including a 38-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Four Kavala players scored in double figures. Kavala's coach Ilias Modaidis felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Grigoris Ralatos (202-86) came up with 20 points and point guard Sokratis Psaropoulos (191-92) added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Pagrati in the defeat. Kavala maintains thirteenth place with 6-14 record. Pagrati lost their eighth game in a row. They stay dead last with 19 lost games. Kavala's next round opponent will be higher ranked Holargos (#8) on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Pagrati will play against Irakleio (#14) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
