Silute upset Nafta-Uni on the road to surge ahead in the series. The guests trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 86-83. Silute made 27-of-34 free shots (79.4 percent) during the game. Strangely Nafta-Uni. outrebounded Silute 45-28 including a 19-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. 28 personal fouls committed by Nafta-Uni. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American guard Brian Wanamaker (185-89, college: Texas Wesleyan) stepped up and scored 18 points and 7 assists for the winners and center Aurelijus Pukelis (205-94) chipped in 16 points and 9 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws). Wanamaker is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side point guard Mindaugas Stasys (179-86) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 assists and forward Viktoras Chodosovskis (200-89) scored 17 points and 7 rebounds. Five Silute and four Nafta-Uni. players scored in double figures.
