Regular Season Round 18: Pacific Caesar - Satya Wacana 85-71

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Pacific Caesar (8-5) beat bottom-ranked Satya Wacana (1-13) in Surabaya 85-71. The game was mostly controlled by Pacific Caesar. Satya Wacana was better in fourth quarter 30-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Pacific Caesar players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Satya Wacana's players. American guard David Seagers (188-88, college: Dowling) had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 9 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Canadian forward Kevin Loiselle (198-88) chipped in 13 points, 12 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 blocks during the contest. The best for the losing side was American center Nate Maxey (211-92, college: N.C.Central) with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 18 rebounds and 6 blocks and his fellow American import point guard Jarron Crump (183-92, college: Pacific Union) scored 27 points. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Pacific Caesar have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 8-5 record. Satya Wacana at the other side stay at the bottom place with 13 games lost. Pacific Caesar will play against higher ranked Aspac (#3) in Jakarta in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Satya Wacana will have a break next round.
