It was a great shooting night for Herford especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. Spanish center Daniel Arcau (206-92, college: Great Falls) contributed with 14 points and 9 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Herford players scored in double figures. American forward Salathiel Ligons (201-84) replied with 21 points and 6 rebounds and forward Oscar Luchterhandt (195-91) added 20 points in the effort for Hagen-Haspe. Herford maintains eleventh position in West with 11-13 record. Hagen-Haspe lost third consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth place with 21 games lost. Herford will face higher ranked Duesseldorf (#7) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Hagen-Haspe will play against Dorsten (#6) and hope to win that game.
