Regular Season Round 26: Bisceglie - Campli 59-58

Fourth-ranked Campli (17-6) was very close to win a game against second ranked Bisceglie (21-5). Bisceglie managed to secure only one-point victory 59-58. However their fans expected easier game. Swingman Alessandro Poti (193-91) scored 19 points to lead the charge for the winners and forward Andrea Chiriatti (198-93) chipped in 14 points during the contest. Point guard Riccardo Bottioni (190-93) responded with 15 points and forward Simone Gatti (202-82) scored 13 points and 7 rebounds. Campli's coach Piero Millina rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Bisceglie maintains second position in B with 21-5 record behind leader Montegrano, which they share with Bergamo. Campli at the other side keeps the fourth place with six games lost. Bisceglie will play against Rimini (#8) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Campli will play against San Severo (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
