Bottom-ranked Vanoli Cremona managed to get a seventh victory, breaking the series of four consecutive losses on Sunday night. This time they won against fifteenth-ranked VL Pesaro 73-63. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 43-30 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. American guard Elston Turner (195-90, college: Texas A&M) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds for the winners.
