Very expected game when 10th ranked Rieti (13-16) was defeated at home by second ranked Tortona (21-8) 67-58 on Saturday. Tortona outrebounded Rieti 38-26 including 26 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American point guard Glenn Cosey (183-92, college: E.Kentucky, agency: Three Eye Sports) who scored 19 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international power forward Luca Garri (207-82) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds. Tortona's coach Demis Cavina used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest.
