The game between 18th ranked Muglaorman (4-30) and eighth ranked Turk Telekom (20-14) in Mugla on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Ankara outscored Muglaorman 120-85. Turk Telekom dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Muglaorman's 50. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 38 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Muglaorman's players. American power forward Darryl Monroe (201-86, college: George Mason) notched a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 18 rebounds and 7 assists (perfect from the field making all fifteen shots !!!) to lead the effort and the former international swingman Serhat Cetin (197-86) supported him with 19 points and 9 assists. Even 27 points and 7 rebounds by American center Marvin Jefferson (206-86, college: Idaho) did not help to save the game for Muglaorman. Omer Gogus (-89) added 14 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Five Turk Telekom and four Muglaorman players scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Turk Telekom have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Istanbulspor. Muglaorman lost ninth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay dead last with 30 lost games.
