Finals Game 3: Cluj Napoca - Sf.Gheorghe 68-72

Sf.Gheorghe beat Cluj Napoca to take 2-1 lead in the title series. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Cluj Napoca won fourth quarter 22-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Cluj Napoca 37-26 including 24 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for American swingman Tyaunna Marshall (175-92, college: Georgia Tech) who led her team to a victory with 26 points. Her fellow American import forward Amanda Thompson (178-87, college: Oklahoma) contributed with 8 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American-Armenian center Brittany Denson (190-87, college: S.Florida, agency: Two Points) answered with 24 points and 7 rebounds and Serbian Dajana Butulija (176-86, agency: BeoBasket) added 20 points, 5 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Cluj Napoca.
