RAC Basket upset Challans on the road to stay in the playoffs title hunt. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 30-22 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Rueil shot 61.7 percent from the field. Rueil outrebounded Vendee Challans 33-21 including 21 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 58.3 percentage. It was a good game for forward Karim Gourari (204-89) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). American forward Will Felder (201-91, college: Miami, OH, agency: Inception Sports) contributed with 14 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Emmanuel Monceau (195-95) answered with 21 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and American guard Matthew Gibson (195-84) added 16 points and 8 assists in the effort for Vendee Challans. Five Rueil and four Vendee Challans players scored in double figures.
