Very expected game in Pistoia where 11th ranked Brescia (13-17) was crushed by seventh ranked The Flexx PT (15-15) 86-62 on Sunday. The game without a history. The Flexx PT led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Brescia's 26. The Flexx PT looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Terran Petteway (198-92, college: Nebraska) scored 25 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international swingman Michele Antonutti (202-86) chipped in 17 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was naturalized American forward Christian Burns (203-85, college: Philadelphia) with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds and international point guard Luca Vitali (201-86) scored 9 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The Flexx PT maintains seventh position with 15-15 record, which they share with Betaland Cdo. Newly promoted Brescia dropped to the tenth place with 17 games lost.
