Finals Game 2: Lattes Montp. - Villeneuve 64-62

Lattes Montpellier held off Villeneuve to even the championship series at 1-1. Villeneuve D'Ascq was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Strangely Villeneuve D'Ascq outrebounded Lattes Montpellier 43-26 including 30 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was international guard Gaelle Skrela (177-83) who scored 13 points and 7 rebounds. American forward Kristen Mann (185-83, college: UCSB, agency: ProDep Management) chipped in 13 points. Four Lattes Montpellier players scored in double figures. Ukrainian swingman Alina Iagupova (186-92, agency: LBM Management) produced 18 points and 7 rebounds and naturalized Senegalese forward Mame-Marie Sy-Diop (185-85) added 16 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests.
