The game was mostly controlled by Maccabi T-A. Bnei Hasharon was better in fourth quarter 16-7. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Maccabi T-A looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American forward Victor Rudd (205-91, college: S.Florida, agency: Gross Zeev ISA) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import guard Andrew Goudelock (190-88, college: Charleston) chipped in 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Maccabi T-A's coach Arik Shivek used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American power forward Darrell Williams (203-89, college: Tex.A&M-Comm., agency: BeoBasket) responded with 13 points and 9 rebounds and international forward Karam Mashour (198-91, college: Morehead St., agency: Three Eye Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
