F.Kontatto Bologna topped visiting Trieste to narrow the deficit in the series. F.Kontatto BO made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. F.Kontatto BO outrebounded Alma Trieste 41-24 including a 31-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for American forward Justin Knox (205-89, college: N.Carolina, agency: Two Points) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). American-Jordanian guard Alex Legion (195-88, college: FIU, agency: Octagon Europe) helped adding 17 points and 8 rebounds. Knox is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five F.Kontatto BO players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was point guard Roberto Prandin (188-86, agency: Two Points) with 12 points and American guard Javonte Green (193-93, college: Radford, agency: Duran International) scored 9 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
