Libcentro Pro top team - Sportiva Italiana (10-2) added another victory to their record. This time they beat fifth ranked Brisas (4-8) in Valparaiso 63-56. Worth to mention a quality performance of Francoise Diaz (-87) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 5 rebounds and Matias Lubiano (-99) who added 7 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Emiliano Marquez (-96) with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 17 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Felipe Oyarzun (187-89) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sportiva Italiana maintains first position with 10-2 record, which they share with Liceo Curico. Brisas lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Aleman. Sportiva Italiana will play against league's second-placed Liceo Curico on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Brisas' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Santiago Stadio Italiano.
