Finals Game 1: Metros STGO - Leones SD 103-91

Metros STGO outgunned Leones SD to ensure 1-0 lead in the LNB Finals. The game was mostly controlled by Metros STGO. Leones SD managed to win third quarter 27-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 25 personal fouls committed by Leones SD helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American Robert Glenn (203-89, college: IUPUI) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 15 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners and his fellow American import forward Jordan Hamilton (201-90, college: Texas) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. Metros STGO's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side naturalized American MJ Rhett (206-92, college: Mississippi) responded with 28 points and 5 rebounds and guard Elpidio Fortuna (188-85) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
