An interesting game was also home loss of Leuven Bears in a game versus undefeated Kangoeroes 85-76. American point guard Kenyon McNeaill (185-91, college: Louisiana Tech) nailed 24 points and 4 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winning side and American-Jamaican guard T.J. Sapp (190-92, college: Murray St., agency: Duran International) accounted for 15 points and 4 assists. Canadian-Lithuanian point guard Evaldas Zabas (188-88) came up with 17 points and American swingman Sanjay Lumpkin (198-94, college: Northwestern) added 14 points respectively for Leuven Bears in the defeat. Four Kangoeroes and five Leuven Bears players scored in double figures. Leuven Bears' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kangoeroes will meet at home Basic-Fit Brussels (#7) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Leuven Bears will play against Oostende and hope to win that game.
