Very expected game when Kagoshima (0-2) lost on the road to Tokyo HT (2-0) 86-71. Tokyo HT dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Kagoshima's 44. They outrebounded Kagoshima 50-29 including a 18-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Tokyo HT players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Kagoshima helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
