Piacenza used a home court advantage and outleveled the opponent from Desio 89-59 on Saturday night. Piacenza looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Desio's players. Naturalized Argentinian forward Duilio Birindelli (200-84) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field).
