Everything could happen in Malaga at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Novaschool and bottom-ranked Medacbasket had identical 0-1 record. This time Novaschool used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Malaga 74-62 on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by Novaschool. Medacbasket's coach gave the chance to play for eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Novaschool (1-1) left bottom position moving up to fourth place in Group D-A, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Medacbasket still closes the standings with two games lost. Novaschool's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Malaga to the arena Unicaja-Andalucia.
