Regular Season Round 4: ALS Basket - CFBB 101-51

Bottom-ranked CFBB is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their fourth consecutive match to twelfth ranked ALS Basket (2-2) 101-51. ALS Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to CFBB's 26 and had 22 for 32 from the free-throw line, while CFBB only scored four points from the stripe. ALS Basket forced 21 CFBB turnovers and outrebounded them 35-21 including 24 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by CFBB's players. Forward Kamel Ammour (203-91, agency: Octagon Europe) fired 20 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winners. American forward Jonathan Mitchell (201-87, college: Rutgers, agency: Inception Sports) chipped in 17 points (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). Four ALS Basket players scored in double figures. Power forward Mathis Dossou-Yovo (202-0) produced 9 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and J Egloff added 11 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. ALS Basket moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 3 other teams. CFBB at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. ALS Basket's next round opponent will be SAP Vaucluse (#16) in Sorgues and are hoping to win another game. CFBB will play at home against GET Vosges and hopes to get finally their first victory.
