Regular Season Round 6: Bielsko-Biala - Zaglebie 71-77

Very expected game when 11th ranked Bielsko-Biala (2-4) was defeated at home by third ranked Zaglebie (5-1) 77-71 on Saturday. Zaglebie shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 56.5 percentage. Rafal Sebrala (194-87) scored 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Pawel Jurczynski (183-91) chipped in 22 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Michal Cichon (192-84) with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Robert Kozaczka (199-81) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Zaglebie have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place in Group C, which they share with AZS AWF Mick. Newly promoted Bielsko-Biala dropped to the tenth position with four games lost. Zaglebie will face league's leader AZS AGH Krk. in Krakow in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bielsko-Biala will play on the road against Polonia Bytom (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
