There was a minor upset when 7th ranked Valsesia (2-2) was defeated at home by tenth ranked Oleggio (2-2) 86-69 on Sunday. Forward Edoardo Gallazzi (200-86) fired 22 points for the winners. Point guard Penny Hidalgo (175-96) chipped in 14 points and 4 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Guglielmo Sodero (191-93) produced 22 points and power forward Mirko Gloria (203-95) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Oleggio moved-up to sixth place in B, which they share with 7 other teams including defeated Valsesia. Oleggio will face higher ranked Super Flavor M. (#4) in Milano in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
