Correcaminos edged Mineros in Ciudad Victoria 87-85. Mineros were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. L Rodriguez orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 16 rebounds. American swingman Brandon Davis (198-88, college: Lamar, agency: Pro Sports) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Five Correcaminos players scored in double figures. American guard Eric McClellan (193-93, college: Gonzaga, agency: KMG Sports Management) replied with 28 points and Paul-John Hernandez added 17 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Mineros.
