Regular Season Round 10: Fukuoka Rizing - Aomori Watts 95-82

Everything went according to plan when first ranked Fukuoka Rizing (10-1) defeated at home 6th ranked Aomori Watts (1-10) 95-82 on Friday. Fukuoka Rizing looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. American players dominated the game. Quite impressive performance for Eric Jacobsen (208-94, college: Arizona St.) who helped to win the game recording 28 points and 6 rebounds (on 12-of-14 shooting from the field). Forward Josh Peppers (201-85, college: Cent.Florida) contributed with 23 points for the winners. Forward Joe Burton (201-90, college: Oregon St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists and center Kyle Barone (208-89, college: Idaho) added 13 points in the effort for Aomori Watts. Four Aomori Watts players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Fukuoka Rizing have a solid four-game winning streak. Newly promoted Fukuoka Rizing maintains first position with 10-1 record. Loser Aomori Watts keep the sixth place with ten games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
