Regular Season Round 4: Rabotnicki - Pelister Bitola 105-49

No shocking result in a game when top-ranked Rabotnicki (4-0) crushed 8th ranked Pelister Bitola (1-3) in Skopje 105-49 on Saturday. Rabotnicki dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Pelister Bitola's 30. Rabotnicki forced 19 Pelister Bitola turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Pelister Bitola's players. Quite impressive performance for American swingman Marcus Ginyard (196-87, college: N.Carolina, agency: HMS) who helped to win the game recording 28 points (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Bulgarian Chavdar Kostov (195-88, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Four Rabotnicki players scored in double figures. Rabotnicki's coach Marin Dokuzovski felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Rob Lewis (185-94, college: Queens, NC) replied with 16 points and guard Dimitar Ilievski (190-95) added 15 points in the effort for Pelister Bitola. Rabotnicki have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Gostivar and Blokotehna. Loser Pelister Bitola dropped to the ninth place with three games lost. Rabotnicki's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Skopje to the arena Shkupi.
