Important game to mention about took place in Kazrin. Hapoel Galilee (1-1) saved a 1-point victory at home edging Hap.R/G Givat. (2-1) 91-90 on Tuesday evening. Hapoel Galilee players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. American players dominated the game. It was a great evening for swingman Courtney Fells (197-86, college: N.Carolina St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Brandon Edwards (198-91, college: Texas Arlington) helped adding 20 points and 13 rebounds. Four Hapoel Galilee players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Robert Glenn (203-88, college: IUPUI) with 33 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds and guard Rashad Madden (196-92, college: Arkansas) scored 13 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Hapoel Galilee will play against Hapoel Kfar Saba (#13) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Hap.R/G Givat. will play against Hasharon (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
