Not a big story in a game in Oslo where bottom-ranked Centrum (0-9) was rolled over by leader Asker Aliens (10-0) 112-67 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Asker Aliens led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Asker Aliens outrebounded Centrum 42-26 including a 28-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American guard Joshua Hart (194-90, college: Va Intermont) stepped up and scored 24 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and guard Stian Berg (187-91, college: Nova SE, agency: Dynamics Global Management) chipped in 20 points and 8 assists. Berg is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The best for the losing side was guard Magnus Midtvedt (182-90) with 17 points and 5 assists and forward Marcus Larsson (204-99) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the tenth consecutive win for Asker Aliens. They maintain first place with 10-0 record. Centrum lost their fifth game in a row. Defending champion still closes the standings with nine games lost. Asker Aliens will face league's second-placed Froya Basket in Laksevag in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Centrum will play at home against Tromso (#4) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
