Regular Season Round 6: Bisceglie - San Severo 55-78

Very predictable result when top-ranked San Severo (6-0) rolled over on the road 10th ranked Bisceglie (2-4) 78-55 on Thursday. It was a good game for the former international power forward Massimo Rezzano (205-82, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who led his team to a victory with 18 points. Forward Emidio Di-Donato (198-92) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. San Severo's coach Giorgio Salvemini felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Davide Pucci (190-98) replied with 14 points and power forward Riccardo Antonelli (208-88) added 6 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Bisceglie. San Severo maintains first position in B with 6-0 record, which they share with Cento. Loser Bisceglie dropped to the eleventh place with four games lost. San Severo will face Cerignola Udas (#12) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Bisceglie will play against Fabriano and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
