Not a big story in a game in Deisenhofen where 10th ranked Bamberg (2-5) was rolled over by sixth ranked Oberhaching (5-2) 80-61 on Sunday. Worth to mention a great performance of center Moritz Wohlers (203-84, college: Mont.St.-Billings) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and American-Czech point guard John Boyer (185-88, college: Buffalo, agency: Dynamics Global Management) who added 7 points, 10 assists and 5 steals during the contest. Boyer is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Dutch forward Frederik Adriaans (200-95) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds and swingman Christoph Dippold (191-94) scored 14 points and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Oberhaching moved-up to fourth place in South-East, which they share with TSV Troester. Loser Bamberg keeps the tenth position with five games lost. Oberhaching will face Schwabing (#9) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Bamberg will play against Jena II and hope to win that game.
