Regular Season Round 10: Rieker KN - Nova Ves 106-76

No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Rieker KN (5-5) crushed bottom-ranked Nova Ves (2-8) in Komarno 106-76. American forward Miles Bowman-Jr (198-93, college: High Point) fired 26 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners. Serbian guard Vuk Djordjevic (193-91) chipped in 18 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Rieker KN's coach Milos Sporar felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Swiss forward Michel-Ofik Nzege (203-92, college: E.Carolina) produced a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and swingman Adam Antoni (191-95) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five Rieker KN and four Nova Ves players scored in double figures. Rieker KN moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Prievidza. Nova Ves lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the bottom position with eight games lost. Rieker KN's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Levice on the road and it may be quite challenging game. Nova Ves will play against Handlova (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
