The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Bratislava: Inter Bratislava (#1) and Karlovka (#7). Inter Bratislava (10-1) won against visiting Karlovka (3-8) 94-80. Inter Bratislava dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Karlovka's 32 and made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Five Inter Bratislava and four Karlovka players scored in double figures. Inter Bratislava have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 10-1 record. Karlovka lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with eight games lost. They share it with Zilina. Inter Bratislava are looking forward to face Iskra Svit (#4) at home in the next round. Karlovka will play against Kosice (#3) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
