No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked La Roda (6-3) beat at home 12th ranked Plasencia (3-6) 87-72. Plasencia was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. La Roda players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was Chadian center Placide Nakidjim (205-94) who scored 25 points and 4 blocks.
