There was an upset in Kolobrzeg where higher ranked Kotwica (4-7) was edged by sixteenth ranked Nysa Klodzko (2-8) 63-60 on Sunday. Nysa Klodzko outrebounded Kotwica 44-24 including 30 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for Michal Jodlowski (208-98) who led his team to a victory scoring 8 points and 10 rebounds. Swingman Dominik Rutkowski (194-98) helped adding 16 points. Point guard Pawel Dzierzak (188-95) responded with 13 points, 9 assists and 7 steals and Daniel Grujic (201-90) scored 15 points and 8 rebounds. Four Kotwica players scored in double figures. Nysa Klodzko moved-up to fourteenth place, which they share with Notec Inowr. Loser Kotwica dropped to the twelfth position with seven games lost. Nysa Klodzko will face higher ranked Biofarm PZN (#11) in Poznan in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
