Regular Season Round 6: Hapoel B/S - Macc.Rehovot 78-84

National League top team - Maccabi Rehovot (6-0) added another victory to their record. This time they beat sixth ranked Hapoel B/S (3-3) in Beer Sheva 84-78. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Hapoel B/S. Maccabi Rehovot made 25-of-29 charity shots (86.2 percent) during the game. American players dominated the game. Forward Al'Lonzo Coleman (201-89, college: Presbyterian) scored 23 points (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) to lead the charge for the winners and swingman Marcus Relphorde (198-88, college: Colorado) chipped in 21 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Storm Warren (201-88, college: LSU, agency: Octagon Europe) with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds and guard Andell Cumberbatch (196-93, college: St.Bonaventure, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 21 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Maccabi Rehovot have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-0 record. Hapoel B/S at the other side keeps the sixth place with three games lost. They share the position with Elitzur K-A. Maccabi Rehovot will play against bottom-ranked Maccabi K/M (#14) in Kiryat Motzkin in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Hapoel B/S will play on the road against Hasharon (#8) in Hod Hasharon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
