Regular Season Round 11: CB Clavijo - FC Barcelona II 72-80

Everything could happen in Logrono at the game between two tied teams. Both sixteenth ranked Barca II and 15th ranked Cocinas.com had identical 3-7 record. But Cocinas.com was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Barcelona 80-72 on Wednesday night. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Barca II made 7 blocks. American guard Tre Coggins (190, college: CS Fullerton) responded with 13 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import forward Evan Yates (198-91, college: Ashland) scored 9 points and 10 rebounds. Cocinas.com's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Barca II (4-7) moved-up to tenth place, which they share with 5 other teams. Loser Cocinas.com dropped to the seventeenth position with eight games lost. Barca II will meet at home Sammic ISB (#15) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Cocinas.com will play against Palma in S'Arenal and hope to secure a win.
