The most exciting game of round 9 in the National League took place in Kiryat Ata. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 5th ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (5-4) to seventh ranked Hasharon (5-4) 98-96 in the game for the sixth place. American forward Malik Cooke (201-89, college: S.Carolina, agency: Inception Sports) answered with 23 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Guy Dotan (178-91) added 13 points and 10 assists in the effort for Ironi Kiryat Ata. Five Hasharon and four Ironi Kiryat Ata players scored in double figures. Hasharon have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Elitzur K-A and Hapoel B/S. Hasharon is looking forward to face bottom-ranked Hapoel Afula (#14) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Ironi Kiryat Ata will play against Hapoel Migd.H. (#11) in Tarshicha and is hoping to win this game.
