Rather expected game in Samokov where 5th ranked Academik Plovdiv (6-5) was defeated by third ranked Rilski (8-3) 97-89. The hosts were ahead by 4 points but lost the second period ending it with a 1-point deficit before their 27-18 run, which allowed them to win the game. Rilski made 27-of-35 charity shots (77.1 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Academik Plovdiv's players.
