Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked Yulon Luxgen and 6th ranked KKL had identical 5-6 record. This time Yulon Luxgen defeated the opponent 83-66 on Saturday night. Yulon Luxgen made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Australian center Luke Nevill (218-86, college: Utah) had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Cheng-Ju Lu (194-86) chipped in 22 points during the contest. At the losing side American-Puerto Rican center Peter Ramos (222-85) responded with a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 14 rebounds and the former international swingman Jung-Hsuan Chang (192-87) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Yulon Luxgen maintains fifth position with 6-6 record. Loser KKL keeps the sixth place with seven games lost. Yulon Luxgen will meet league's leader Bank of Taiwan in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. KKL will play against Dacin Tigers (#3) and hope to secure a win.
