Not a big story in a game in Manama where 13th ranked Samaheej (1-20) was rolled over by second ranked Al-Ahli (18-4) 76-51. Al-Ahli dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Samaheej's 22. It was an exceptional evening for Hussain Shaker who led the winners and scored 16 points and 6 assists. Subah Hussain accounted for 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winning side. Coach Aaron McCarthy's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players saving starting five for next games. Mohammed Hameed came up with 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and Mujtaba Ismaeel added 13 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Samaheej in the defeat.
