Very predictable result in Kaarina where third ranked Ura Basket (11-3) smashed 10th ranked Forssan Koripojat (4-12) 93-74 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Ura Basket. Forssan Koripojat was better in second period 27-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Forssan Koripojat 53-34 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Ura Basket looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Forssan Koripojat's players. Ura Basket maintains third position in Division with 11-3 record having 2 victories less than leader HBA-Marsky. Loser Forssan Koripojat keeps the tenth place with 12 games lost. Ura Basket will face Jyvaskyla BA (#8) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Forssan Koripojat will play against TuNMKY in Turun and hope to win that game.
