Not a big story in a game when 16th ranked CBT Gimnastica (3-15) lost to twelfth ranked BIOK2.COM OKE (6-12) in Torrelavega 75-89 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 89-75. It was a good game for forward Asier De-la-Iglesia (201-83) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 18 rebounds. Guard Ander Merketegi (186-98) contributed with 15 points and 9 assists for the winners. Four BIOK2.COM OKE players scored in double figures. Guard Nicolas Diaz (192-93) answered with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Sergio Garcia (195-95) added 13 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for CBT Gimnastica. CBT Gimnastica's coach Pablo Portilla rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BIOK2.COM OKE moved-up to eleventh place in Group A-A, which they share with Ardoi. CBT Gimnastica at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the sixteenth position with 15 games lost. BIOK2.COM OKE will face higher ranked Pielagos (#5) in Renedo de Pielagos in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. CBT Gimnastica will play on the road against Easo (#4) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
