Regular Season Round 16: AIK Basket - LF Future 95-74

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked AIK Basket (12-5) crushed bottom-ranked LF Future (2-17) in Solna 95-74. The game was mostly controlled by AIK Basket. LF Future was better in second period 25-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. AIK Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to LF Future's 28. They outrebounded LF Future 41-28 including 16 on the offensive glass. At the losing side American guard Brian Curry (185-86) responded with 23 points and 8 rebounds and guard Robel Gebremeskel (185-95) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. AIK Basket have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 12-5 record. LF Future lost fifteenth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 17 games lost. AIK Basket will play against Hogsbo (#6) in Goteborg in the next round. LF Future will have a break next round.
