No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Almeria (9-8) edged at home 8th ranked Novaschool (8-10) 100-98 on Saturday. Almeria forced 21 Novaschool turnovers. Novaschool was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for guard Jesus Castro (191-83) who led his team to a victory with 27 points and 5 rebounds. Point guard Roberto Rueda (182-86) contributed with 18 points and 7 assists for the winners. Almeria's coach Raul Fernandez used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. American forward Alex Jackson (200-84, college: Mo.-St.Louis) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds and John Esters added 27 points in the effort for Novaschool.
