Very predictable result when sixth ranked Maccabi Raanana (11-8) defeated at home 11th ranked Maccabi K/M (7-12) 85-69. Maccabi Raanana forced 24 Maccabi K/M turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. It was a very good performance for American forward Samme Givens (198-89, college: Drexel) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. Forward Lior Carreira (198-97) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Maccabi Raanana's coach Barak Peleg allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
